The full Volume 3 has been uploaded by Disney on Youtube:

Maz is still homeless, post-TFA. With like.... at least three... holocrons. Two sith and one dodecahedron at least.

That last one would be the Great Holocron.

And she also has the Tw'ilek Ark!

Doubt it. It's implied this dodecahedron has been lying in her coffers for more than 125 years, so it couldn't have been there and in the Jedi Archive at the same time.

Plus, it's not a regular dodecahedron - it has square faces and triangular faces, whereas the Great Holocron has all pentagonal faces.

Given that the points on a TCW holocron can be detached:

    Cargo of Doom
I'd say that's the most likely explanation for Maz's - that it's a bog-standard holocron with the points missing.

@Iron_lord Indeed! How did I fail to notice that it wasn't even a pentagonal dodecahedron, I don't know!

Re: The Twi'lek Ark, it was seen aboard the Imperial cargo ship which the Spectres destroyed in "The Wynkahthu Job." However, the FFG sourcebook Dawn of Rebellion says that the Rebels salvaged and looted the debris of the transport to build Chopper Base, so maybe they recovered the Ark... (And yeah, I KNOW that FFG isn't canon. It doesn't matter to me, I'll still accept this explanation.)

The "Sith holocron" next to Maz's chest also looks like it has a base, and like it may be 4 sided instead of 3.

I actually think it, the silver box, and the copper box, are clever shout outs to the Vault editions of Book of Sith, The Jedi Path, and The Bounty Hunter's Code.

Pause it at about 7.51 (and 14.10) and you'll see what I mean.

That was my thought too. When I saw the Sith holocron, it immediately reminded me of the one sitting on my desk!

Also note, among Maz's collection, the Staff of Ra and a medal of Bravery.

EDIT: For those interested, I made a more complete breakdown of what we see in the collection.

Thanks for posting this! Hope they'll release all of them eventually on Blu-ray in this format, with few behind-the-scenes features as well.

I still can't watch the complete Forces of Destiny Vol 1 because it's region locked so I'm missing out on the Maz content (Vol 2 and Vol 3 aren't region locked). I only just watched her stuff in Vol 2 awhile ago, there's some big darn monster chomping all around her!

As for this run, anything that canonizes the big monsters from the Ewok movies I'm okay with. Of course, now I'm once again wondering where were those things during the Battle of Endor

Staying the hell out of the way of that nonsense. Gorax know better to walk about when Ewoks are hang-gliding with a pawful of rocks.

It is well-known that, except during their occasional raids, Goraxes are seldom seen and mostly keep to their mountain habitat.

I think my favorite part about this shorts is the interesting character combos we get.

(Though it does seem weird there is this whole network of one degree removed characters running around)

I haven't really been a fan of any of these, but this is probably my favorite so far. That was a very Daenerys move by Qi'ra.

Was that Emillia Clarke doing the voice? It sounded different from how she did in the movie. Of course a lot of them sound different and it's probably because they aren't getting the same voice instructions like they were when they were physically acting out the scenes.

    So after seeing Solo,

I wonder if the tentacle monster in the Maw is related to the space jellyfish that Rose and Finn ran into.

She does have a starring role in Game of Thrones and was likely unable to find time to go to a studio to record the dialogue.

She's done filming Game of Thrones. And I highly doubt any of the big-name actors who did voices for this actually went into a studio for it.
