Yeah, I am leaning towards something evil for sure.

We could always go with something lighthearted and funny like The Arkansas Nerfherders.

 

Evil yesssss must have evil!

 

The Arkansas Galactic does have a certain ring to it...
A lot of the other forces get creative with their names/places:
for instance, the Hothlanta Rebels in Atlanta.
The Memphis FanForce is suspiciousmindtrick.net or SMT for short. If you don't happen to know it is an Elvis reference.

 

Arkansas Galactic-what? We could go campy and be the Galactic Arkansan Empire or something.

 

What about ArkanSith.

 

Yeah, Galactic is an adjective so we'd need something to follow. But I do like Arkan-Sith as part of our title. I'll try to get some creative juices flowing.

Yes must have 'Arkansas' and 'Galactic'
Sith would be cool or Dark Siders in case some folks take offense to the word 'Sith' hehehe

 

Please, no one get me wrong I would LOVE to have an Imperial ring to the title. And it appears that most of us would. The names I'm hearing are great but it kind of singles us out, and may scare off a new member that only likes Jedi. Renegades just seem'd neutral, and sort of describes our group even though we are part of a larger group we are scattered out and almost seem alone.
I was thinking of maybe having one name for the group and then we caould have two or three seperate group names one for each SITH, JEDI and FRINGE (or none of the above). But this way we could have shirts or somthing that has a small Official Arkansas logo on front and a big Sith , Jedi etc. logo on back.
Enough rambleing I most go to bed, jeeezzzz look at the time.

 

I really don't think the words SITH, REBEL, EMPIRE, IMPERIAL, or JEDI would run anyone off. Only the true fans that appreciate all things Star Wars join these groups anyway. I mean, my last FF's name was entirely SITH related, and we grew just fine. But anyway, I say go with whatever has a catchy ring to it.

 

I dunno, the word "The" ticks me off pretty bad. : p

Okay, I like this guy! He is truly a SITH. I want him on my side.

 

Well, we could combine all the favorite ideas here and be The ArkanSITH Galactic Renegades.

BTW, someone with Admin capabilities should probably change the name of this thread to include name debate or something.

Looks pretty cool. I'll see if I can make one similar to yours.

What program did you use to create that?

 

I mainly used Picture IT, I used a few other programs also for fine tuning. But the most of it is hand drawen then scanned , colored, and styled. I only used Arkansith Galactic Renegades as a tester we can replace it with the real name as soon as it is chosen.

 

I'll give it a dry-run through Photoshop and see what I can come up with.

Unfortunately not.

I might manage it later, but nothing came to mind (nor could I find anything) to make the hillbilly thing happen. This one I made is on the "cool" side of things.

Now, something else I plan on working with is a mascot. What better mascot is there to use than our honorary state bird - the mosquito! I have some ideas floating around that I might be able to implement. I'll keep y'all posted.

 

Oh my gosh! The mosquito?? Now that is juz wrong! Though... his 'beak' or whatever you call it could be a lightsaber instead... Nah that's juz too much isn't it?

Let me see Let me see. Oh come on. Hahahaha impatiant like a little kid. But I think its cool we are getting some ideas even if we cant draw. Rough sketch the ideas or write them down so maybe I can get a freind or two to start drawing them once we get a few ideas ready. Then we can vote on them. Right now we need the name I think because there is so much holding us back without the name.
