Didn't even notice there was a Welsh Star Wars forum. The whole thing almost beggars believe. Howdy, my country brothers. Any of us attending the game on Saturday?

In your box! Naughty boy, bad boy, in your box!

Nah, only kidding. After stuffing it to the English today i'm too happy to hold a grudge ;)

I don't know if I will be able to go though, the way my financial situation is going, I may be one of the guys setting up a table and selling stuff!

Anyone wanna buy my badly scratched Matrix Revolutions DVD?

Paelleon: Welcome to the Welsh forum my friend. So did you get to go to the game today? Quite a game it was too.

How does Sir Gavin Henson sound to everyone else?

I don't know about that. I remember the last time we beat England in Cardiff, back in 93. People were talking about a grand slam back then, but we didn't win another match in that campaign.

So lets just see how the next match goes before we start talking about grand slams.

Though yes, I do think we will sweap the board!

i think Ireland are going to be the biggest challenge, particularly if the French play like they did yesterday. but to use an old cliche, we should take every game as it comes

but i do feel the most confident about the team i have for a long time and so does every other Welsh person i know

I know, it does seem that we're in with a good chace, even more so with Ireland, England and France playing pretty badly.

But i've been burnt in the past though and I just couldn't go through that again. The more you hope and pray for something to happen, the more dissapointed you are when it blows up in your face and rips out your heart and tells you that it just wants to "be friends".

    I.....

    Have....

    Issues....

Howdy. I clean forgot I'd posted here. I did catch the game on Saturday (I was one of the lucky seventy-thousand in the stadium) and damned if Saturday doesn't make my top ten best days of my life list. Not the best game I've seen to be honest, and Henson winning it for us didn't sit as well with me as I would have liked (I'd made some pretty harsh comments beforehand that I was justly forced to eat later on).

    So, to prioritise,
    1. Wales to win the five nations
    2. Revenge of the Sith.
    3. Batman Begins
    4. Begin Armageddon. (In that order).

Did you make comments about his strange hair style by any chance??

Like your list of "things to do" by the way. I have one thing to do, and only one. Thats to see Revenge of the Sith. Once I have watched that movie a couple of times I can safely slide into oblivion and darkness without thinking maybe i'm missing out on something really good in the future.

As for the whole Batman thing. Batman and Robin has to be one of the three worst movies I have ever seen in my life. But let us not forget how good the first one was (even the second and third had thier moments), but let us definatly not forget that the dark knight is being played by one Mr Christian Bale.

    A WELSHMAN!!

    Surely this deserves our support?

No, no. Just a bunch of generic sexuality jokes based around his porn star-esque decision to shave his legs.

As for Batman, I hadn't a clue that Bale was Welsh. Naturally I checked to confirm and have since been spreading the word around my kinsmen faster than a Christian missionary on an ungoverned, non-English speaking cultural wasteland.

For the record, don't associate the last Batman with what's coming this summer. Everyone knows JS made a mess of the franchise. The WB have allowed ample time to pass since the travesty and are putting their heart and soul into making this the (second) best action movie of the year.
