Fourth Meeting - Final Organizational Mtg Thursday, 6-18-02

I would like to have one final organizational biz type meeting. We have some important things to present to you for discussion. First, our officer and membership structure, second our by-laws. Nick, Rob, Matt and me are working on drafting these ideas into a coherent presentation. When we meet these items will be up for discussion and a vote.

We can either meet somewhere for dinner after work around 6ish or everyone can come to my house around 7pm. (I would offer dinner but company is arriving on Friday and I don't have a lot of time for cleaning up after). This will be our last mid-week meeting..the rest of our events and activities will be mostly weekend-based.

So, you tell me..out for dinner or here...

Since the hyperdrive on my Alero needs parts that I can't afford from Watto, I was wondering if we could have this in July instead of June. It's going to be pretty tough for me to travel back in time until I get this fixed.

Don't have my schedule for that week yet, but if I open on whichever day then I should be able to make the meeting by 7...barring I don't get lost.

 

Wednesday July 17th would be great. But if more people can make it on Thursday then don't worry about me. Thursday is game night so every Thursday will be bad.

i have no conflicts during the week of 7/15...

 

Tentatively, I have off Wednesday and work until 5:30 on Thursday, so either day at 7 would be fine for me.
