are the shorts their own thing or are they like long clips from upcoming episodes ?

Yah, I know there's supposed to be a bridging S1 / S2 online series so this may be it. 5 minutes is really long for a clip so this is probably the original content.

according to wookiepedia, there's 5 eps so need to find the "Gamorean Flu" ep. (edit: just found it). all ads up to slightly longer than 1 episode, yay!

The first two episodes of the new season are out on demand. The first episode is just all of the already released shorts combined.

 

Started watching season one on Lego's YouTube page, and I'm loving it. Didn't really pay attention to it before since its not canon, but it's a really fun series.

 

Canon-ish! Lucasfilm said, The Freemakers are out there in the Star Wars universe, somewhere. (the events obviously didn't happen exactly with Legos and the bumbling baddies but broad strokes maybe) I hope R0-GR is there too.

 

I think this would've made for a great canon TV series. Like you said, just make the villains not so bumbling and it'd be a great successor to Rebels. I like its tight story, and the idea of the Kyber Saber is really neat.

 

Make the "Builder" be a Separatist force user who saw through Dooku surviving the Clone Wars by virtue of avoiding him like the plague!

How would you handle this series as a replacement for Rebels or a live action series?

 

How many episodes are in season 2? Anybody?

 

When does the rest of Season 2 air?

 

The replacement for Naare appears to be a droid based on a mix of Dark Trooper meets General Grievous?

Is that actually likely?
