FF:QLD Friday post-emplyment drinks

Just a quick one: any of you lot feel like joining me in town Friday evening for drinks to celebrate my last day of my current job?

Friday drinks? You realise I don't actually need an excuse for that. Having an excuse makes it feel like a damned obligation - henseforth I must attend in the name of your employment endification.

I'd love to join in, but a lack of money, a desire to find my own "new job", a rostered shift with the current job, a lack of money and a multitude of other reasons including a lack of money and desire to find a new job have all conspired to prevent my attendance.

 

Since I missed Wednesday drinks, I'll be there for this.

I've just quit my job, my last shift is on Friday. Anybody want to celebrate?

 

I'll see what I can do. I don't believe I have any prior engagement on Friday, so yeah, pencil me in, dude.

Argh, I've birthday drinks with a friend after work...

 

I'm going to have to go back home before coming in for drinks on Friday, so I'm thinking I might drive to the station and generally stay on the least blurry side of sober this time around. So I guess that means I have a lift-giving capacity to anyone on my end of the train-line.

 

I'll be working unfortunately.
However there's always the next night for me to share a drink with you...

I've got Friday night free, but maybe we could gather to watch the last few Battlestars or something geeky in honour of MS's un employment day..

 

I'll be up for anything - drinks or geek Battlestar...although i have yet to see any of S4, waiting with baited breath! and actually hoping someone here could get me a copy of the episodes already passed. Its funny, battlestar ws the one thing that kept me sane while away filming - i got the boxed set, the one with the mini series till S3, and wtached episodes every weekend/early night finish. it was great and really got me into battlestar again!

the short of it - i'll be there for anything
