I looked on Fandango and for the Everett Mall
    Cinema 16, the only shows
in the evening are at 6:50 and 10:00
and none of the Lynnwood Theaters even show up

so is 6:50 doable for everyone, with dinner
    after?
(My schedule will allow me to do dinner
    beforehand, but I don't think
    Marlow or Paulie's will)

hey! Fandango now has tickets up for the alderwood mall 16, and there is an 8 oclock showing, do we want to do this one instead? I think it would be better for Marlow

I talked to Mar on the phone just now and she says definatley yes, lets do the alderwood mall at the 8 ocklock showing
we should all meet as close to 6:15 as possible for dinner beforehand, is there a restaurant within walking distance of the theater?

I looked at the Alderwood Mall website and there are three restaurants near the theater there
    They are Claim Jumpers
    http://www.claimjumper.com/hypertext/menus_dinein_apps.htm

    McGrath's Fish House
    http://www.mcgrathsfishhouse.com/

    And Ruby?s Diner
    http://www.rubysrestaurant.com/food/food.html

The closest is Claim Jumpers and I think Ruby?s is farthest, but none of them too far away from the theater
I lean towards Ruby?s because I think it will be cheaper (and they will sub a veggie patty on any burger)

    What say you all?

    Ruby's it is then!
only 2 more weeks until we see HP Order of the Phoenix!
I am reading the book again right now to refresh my memory about everything that happended in the book. I have just gotten to the part where Harry and the others have entered the room of orbs at the Dept of Mysteries and he has just picked up the orb containing the prophesy concerning him and they are confronted by lucius malfoy and the other death eaters!

Just finished the book last night (I think it's actually the third time reading it- maybe fourth)
I cannot wait to see the battle in the dept of mysteries and the DA training sessions, and the havok wreaked by the weasley twins when the school finally has enough of Dolores Umbridge!

So now, I wonder if I can finish HBP (for the third time) before the 21st?

So far the reviews are pretty mixed leaning towards the positive - ironically, the longest book is the shortest movie!!

That is Ironic! I refuse to read the reviews on this movie until after I have seen it, but I still see the headlines for the reviews and most look positive

I'm in luck for Friday. I get to drop the kids off at a friends house at 5:00 on Friday. I should have no trouble getting there in time for dinner, unless the traffic is really bad.
As for reviews I don't care what the critics think, I know I will like it any way.

well! 12 million on it's opening night! not bad. I saw a bit of an interview on Larry King Live with Daniel Radcliff and they were talking about it. I caught it 8 minutes after it had started, and turned it off during a commercial so I could read HBP

    Only about 9 more hours!!!!!!!

    I can't wait, I am so psyched!
and as soon as this movie is over, I will be counting down the days till the 21st, and then after I finish the 7th book, I will be counting down the days until the next movie!!!!

I am now nearly finished reading HBP, I am up to the part where Harry and Dumbldore have just finished seeing slughorns true memory.

did anyone notice the fact that there were 7 horcruxes AND there will be 7 books AND the fact that each young witch or wizard attends Hogwarts for 7 years? I also read once that they were shooting to have the last book come out on 7/7/07. but that didn't pan out

Anyway, the number 7 is indeed significant
