V.C, CA Fun at the Park

Hello evryone! My name is Andrea and I am the newly appointed IE Secretary. Us over in the IE came up with a maybe kinda neat idea for something fun to do, and I am just trying to get numbers of people who may be interested. The idea was to have "dinner and a movie at the park" what we were thinking is that if I could get permission it would be really fun to have a big BBQ and show some Star Wars movies. Tell me what you guys think. I dont have a date yet or a place but we want it before the summer is over so it would be fairly soon.

 

If you guys are interested how does September 13 sound? we still dont know where yet

 

if you guys are okay with a drive, we're kicking around the idea of using Crafton Hills College as the place...it's a gorgeous campus, and we have a very nice theater there that we may be able to "borrow." Is everyone okay with the drive, or would you rather do it someplace closer to the middle(for everyone?)

 

Well, I don't mind the drive...I like meeting people! Where ever!

 

I will be out of state until the 18th, so I doubt I can make it.

EDIT: Once again, I post without reading the whole thread. SHAME ON ME!!! Ok, September is free for me at the moment, so I would be up for a BBQ.

 

I'm always up for everything, and I'm sure I could mooch a ride. This kind of sounds like fun.

Yeah, I would love to carpool.

I wanted to carpool down to Comic-Con, but not everyone went.

 

The drive wasn't half as bad as I was dreading...we got home pretty fast.

Ok I think the verdict is that we are going to have it at Crafton Hills Collge in Yucaipa. How does that sound with everyone? And the date I think is set on September 13 which is a Saturday
