There was a story on news.com.au a week or so ago about a guy who sold a nutrigrain that looked like ET for... well I can't remember but more than the shelf price of $6.50 or whatever. S I guess this is a copycat thing. Although news.com.au did some investigative journalism and purchased a box of nutrigrain and found a further 34 ET shaped nutrigrains and one that looked a lot like john howard.

Apparently there was some lady trying to sell her father's ghost.

Oh my god I just eat these things.. you mean to tell me breakfast can be fun?

I still like the MIG Jet fighters that you can get on the worldwide ebay on occasion, that is, for a cool 10 million.
And the girl who auctioned herself off as your 'fake' girlfriend, who sent you emails and photos pretending to be your girlfriend so you could impress (or whatever) your friends/family.

Although people auctioning REAL (and fake) pieces of Columbia was just sick.

i have seen a Elvira fake chest piece for costumes it's pretty funny.

also i heard on a morning talkshow/events programme that someone sold an air guitar for $10 in America.

Hey I used to think that watching someone literally drive thier car down the street that would take them no less than a minute to walk was stretching the believabillity of stupidity in people. However I have actually seen this done for no better a reason than to go to the shops to buy some bread. Thus I put nothing past anybody if they honestly fall for such an obvious ploy. You and I may think it a stretch but you can never tell.

All I'm saying is that I'm not ruling it out. After all for one who never heard the term could very well fall it.
