Also, I need to know what Outer Empire worlds Mitth would have been able to win over to his side.

Background: Graduated from Carida studying Infantry & Electronics at the age of 17, served eight years in the Army before being shipped back to Carida then to an unknown area for additional training for Special Forces linked to the Intelligence Branch instead of the Army. Only a few men passed from that training, then they are shipped to another location where they were taught by force-users.

Now these force-users trained non-force-users to apprehend and kill force-sensitive beings to help the Inquisitors. This group would later be labeled The Hunters, this was one of several squads trained by Imperial Intelligence to help Imperial Inquisitors seek and destroy Jedi across the galaxy in the early days of the Empire. The difference between the Hunters and the other squads was the Hunters consisted of highly trained killing machines that all had unstable and violent personalities.

After several successful kills, The Hunter squad would splinter and many of its members would later be killed or court-martialed by the Empire. Sonny Blak was one who was court-martialed along with another Hunter Klin Fa, they were sentenced for life in the spice mines of Kessel. (Why they splintered and the cause for there disbanding is unknown only Imperial Intelligence has that answer).

Even before they got near Kessel the prisoners on board with Sonny Blak and Klin Fa in the lead took over the transport and killed all of the Imperials on board. They soon fled joining up with Organized Crime groups like Black Sun. Sonny Blak and Klin Fa would use there training from then on as a tool to rise in the Black Sun organization. Sonny Blak was a true gangster he rose quickly in the Black Sun ranks to Vigo status because of his ruthlessness, and impressive money making abilities. He was big in the spice trade, gun smuggling, and hijackings.

His base of operation was originally on Corellia until he brought too much attention upon himself, the Imperial Sector Rangers and Corsec were on to him so he fled to Nar Shadda. Where he continued his criminal behavior killing the designated Vigo there with the granting of the Black Sun leader and took over. He was making himself known there making millions of credits bullying and extorting people in the Outer Rim territories. It got to a point the Black Sun leader was getting worried about Sonny's ag

Before anyone goes on any further in the main thread I strongly recommend you check the map to see if you still have control of your worlds after a year has passed.

A lot has changed over the year. The Yuuzhan Vong have gained a tremendous foothold in the galaxy. The Outer Rim has been torn apart by the Outer Rim War between the Outer Empire and the Alliance of Free Systems. There are no definate borders in the Outer Rim anymore as both sides have exchanged planets back and forth as the war raged on.

Most of the planets in the Outer and Mid Rim were randomly changed except those captured by the Yuuzhan Vong. That was determined by the Star by Star NJO map.

If he's joining the Navy and Jello approves his bio, then he'll most likely be assigned that ISD II along with a small fleet at some Core World.

Unless Jello says otherwise I'll assign you to Yinchorr. It is located between Carratos and Ithor in the COLONIES on the map. And it is also on the front so there is a good chance you might get to see some action.
