For what its worth, the shadow guy in KOTR has a green saber.
Thats about the extent of my EU knowledge. Go me.

Persoranlly, I think RGB are the only legit colors, with purple being the yuppie version. Or you can take yuppie to mean shadow (Mace was a bad-little-good-guy). I don't see any yellow, or white sabers in the movies!

 

What shadow guy in KOTOR? KOTOR 1 or 2? I don't recall anyone like that in KOTOR, but I only played through it once. I haven't played the sequel.

I think there's a yellow lightsaber in episode 2 (no, that's not an acknowledgment of the movie ). I think one of the Jedi in the arena battle has one, but I don't remember which Jedi or which particular shot it's in.

Actually, my signature merely states an important truth. That the OUT (Original Unaltered Trilogy) will finally be released on DVD on September 12th. That's the trilogy most of us grew up with. That's the trilogy that made Uncle George all his money. We are the fans that kept him going through the years. No changes are necessary, ever. The originals are fine the way they are. Greedo never shoots, Hayden doesn't appear as Anakin, and the first movie is simply called Star Wars

I suppose you could refer to the Star Wars Trilogy as the Star Wars saga. So yes, I suppose I mispoke a few posts back. My point remains that I don't consider the PT to be part of the Star Wars universe.

Hey Folks,

I spoke to the folks at Galactic Payground today. Here's hot information!

Venue

The fight venue will be a small arena with a sand base, think EPII ending battle. They would love it to happen on the evening on the Saturday (Open till 9pm), it finishes earlier in the day on the Sunday so would do it late afternoon.

All fighters must be in costume.

Promotion

They are giving us a booth for this event. I need volunteers to help out throughout the days of the events to set up/dismantle.

Costumes are ideal for all volunteers, they can be any kind of Sci Fi costume (For a simple idea, think Men in Black). Costumed Fighters, feel free to hang around/help the booth as much as possible, it'll be shaded and we'll have water/snacks.

What do I need to do?

Fighters - I need your names as soon as you can so we can get you all set up and know how many there will be.

Volunteers - I need names of people who can help out at the booth. It's purely promotional so we'll need banners, flyers, sign up sheets etc for each fan force

Both RL and 501st know about it. The 501st is going to have booth there too.
I have to get with Donna and see what she would like to do.
Either way I will be there both days except in the morning on Sun when I'm walking in the parks

 

I also should be able to be there for both days, except for the morning of Sunday for the CHOC Walk. But I might need a ride
to be able to be a part of all these activities, but I know that shouldn't be a problem.

The booth will be under Inland Empire Fan Force & Orange County Star Wars Society.

 

If the Inland Empire guys help do the saber battle then you can infroduce us as a combined fan force.

If it's only our saber class, then it would be "Orange County Saber Academy"
