Now that is my dream, to move to a place where the word "humidity" is rarely spoken and never felt...

No humidity = nose bleeds for me. At least in Colorado when you add in the altitude :p

The only time there is higher than 50% humidity in Colorado is when it is snowing or raining, and sometimes it can do both of those things w/ less than that :)

And after living here for a year or so, I hardly ever got nosebleeds again... Your sinuses were just used to being wimpy with all that moisture ;)

No, Mal, I don't. But I rarely spend more than a few hours on a plane.

And so what if they're wimpy :p

I was wondering if it was the altitude or the dry air that caused your nose bleeds, it's got to be the dry air then. I'm the same way actually but they do make nasual spray to help keep yur nasual passages from drying out now. :)

I go away for a week or so, and come back to serious discussions of sinuses. That's so wrong.

And it's not humid in Maine.

Not going to DragonCon leads to bloody noses. How awful. We'll have fun in your honor though. Send Yoda!

    [face_laugh]

I've been asked by a few people to send Yoda to Dragon Con but I decided to hold off until next year because I'm taking the little guy to Chiller Con instead dressed in my Darth Nihilus costume.

I did however give Chrissy & Sarah directions on how best to remember me while your all having fun and I'm getting through my first college assignments, school has already started for me. :_|

It will be ok, Wendy! :)

School starts for me tomorrow too. I just found out that what was a C+ as an undergrad is now considered an F in grad school.

    *scared*

Hi guys...if anyone you know is looking for an administrative assistant position we've got one open in IT here at Gannett (my company owns USA TODAY). My cohort left about a week and a half ago so we've got an opening. Actually, we have a few openings in IT for that matter.

If you need more info just let me know.

Hi Inara. Welcome to the GS. Did you just move to DC or have you been lurking all this time? :)

I've been lurking. [face_blush] I've lived in DC for the past several years, though I'm temporarily in Philadelphia.
