Galactica vs. Enterprise E vs. Star Destroyer

    its time for a little fun so how about a usless, totally geeky arguement?

    Who wins?

    Star Destroyer

    The Battlestar Galactica

    or

    The Starship Enterprise (the most current one)

    I hate to say it but the TECHNOLOGY level of the EnterpriseE would take both ships out! Do you guys have any idea what kind of firepower quantum torpedoes are supposed to pack?! Not to mention, shield technology is INCREDIBLY ADVANCED! And that's not counting what they used to accomplish with the deflector dish array! They routinely used the phaser arrays of the Enterprise D just to alter an entire planet's weather patterns!

    I have been putting a board game together based on D20 to resolve this for some time. It would be nice to have Star Wars, Star Trek, and Battlestar Galactica share the same game system! (especially now that Decipher isn't doing STRPG any more!) I'm post gaming stats for each of these ships for those interested. I found d20 stats for the Galactica on the internet a couple of years ago. We ARE talking about when The Galactica actually used lasers, right? Anyway, you guys will have to see for yourselves if these stats measure up. Here's a start with The Battlestar Galactica (and its vipers):
