Attention collectors of Galaxy of Fear books, I am looking for some confirmation of a couple things plus some cover scans. Here's the skinny:

There were four of the books published with the Limited Edition Holographic covers. Well, those seem to be very easy to come by (limited my eye!) but there seem to be Art covers for these issues as well. I have #1 and a small thumbnail image of #2 (City of Fear) but I'm looking to see if anyone has a copy of book #7 (The Brain Spiders) or book #9 (Spore) with an art cover in English. I could also use a larger scan of #2.

It appears there are French editions with the Art covers, but I have not heard if an English edition exists.

You can check out this section of Rebelscum's Jedi Journals to see the art covers for #1 & 2. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Oddly enough, Spore and Brain Spiders are the only two of mine that are holographic. Sorry. [face_blush]

I took a couple of digital pics of mine for you. Firstly, I may/may not have a variant on Brain Spiders. The cover is real similar to the holographic one but isn't holographic. Secondly, I have a library binding version on City of the Dead (book #2 - you had the title slightly wrong).

    Spiders

    Dead.

Hope this helps a bit! I have Spore as well but its cover is the holo version.

I may be mistaken, but I think that #'s 7 and 9 were only released as "Holo Covers" in the U.S.

I checked my Brain Spiders copy with the kinda-holo cover. It is a hardcover, released by Bantam Skylark in 1997. It is a US edition.

As far as I know, Brain Spiders and Spore only have the holo covers..but then, I always thought that City of the Dead was only released with a holo cover. This is the first I've seen of an art cover--it looks really cool.

Galaxy of Fear was so wizard. :D

So these are French, you say? Someone uploaded this cover on Wookieepedia, but it's German.

I'm guessing these were made for the American books but were dropped in favor of the holographic covers. I'd like to post them in the Foreign Covers section, but if they're really just unused American covers...Hmm...

By the way, here's a bigger image of the second one from artist Steve Chorney's website.

I've never seen the ones you want, but I did find three German and four Dutch covers. The Dutch ones have completely different artwork. You can see them here:

Ah, I see you already have them on TFN...nevermind then.

If you were a kid and was forced to see Child's Play, would you seriously try to buy this book when you know it would be looking at you from the desk while you slept.
