Game Nights

I was thinking that if enough of us played the same game we could have game nights sometimes (online games) the 2 main games i play are
-Starcraft
-Unreal Tournament

 

What a great idea! I'm all for that. Here's the games I play online:

Unreal Tournament
Soldier of Fortune
Jedi Knight 2

I'm available most weeknights (except Mon. and Thurs.) and weekends.

 

Unreal, JK2

 

Any FPS (UT, Q3, HL, Etc)
StarCraft and Warcraft 3 (Beta Baby)
Some RPGs (Dark Age of Camelot, Diablo II, Dungeon Seige, Etc)

I play some other games but all are single player only.

I have servers and such if we want to host our own server or anything, just let me know.

 

It seems most of us play UT so we should try playing that together. I have the next 4 days off work so if you guys want to try playing together sometime in the next couple days that would be cool.

EDIT: it might be helpful if we all posted are aim, msn names so we could all be on a chat client at the same time

dudes,It occured to me that I have Star Wars maps for Unreal Tournament. These are high quality, really well-done maps too. The death Star Level is especially good and includes a fully rendered Falcon that you can walk through, in fact, the rocket launcher is in the falcon.

so like How much is Unreal Tournament, whats it like, is it fun, do you need a high speed connection to play well online?

 

Im sure it doenst cost much now, ill post the cost when i see it. Its a FPS. You need a high speed connection (cable,dsl) most likely or you will lag alot and then you wont hit anything.

EDIT: UT:GOTY edition is only 15 dollars at amazon, or course they are out of stock which is a small problem...

 

Definitely need high speed to play on line unless you want your Player name to be something like, Darth Victim, Emporer Gonnabiteit, etc
