Most Disappointing - Destiny (I was disappointed with the lack of content but it's still the best shooter I played this year)

I have copies of Shadow of Mordor and Alien Isolation sitting on my desk but I have't played either yet. I expect they would win my best Action and Horror awards.

• Best Platformer: Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze (though last year's Super Mario 3D World is superior)
• Most Disappointing: Assassin's Creed Unity (based on hearsay and not experience)
• Best Character: Clementine, The Walking Dead Season 2

 

Game of the Year: Divinity: Original Sin
Best Story: Shadowrun: Dragonfall Director's Cut
Best Gameplay Mechanics: Persona Q
Best Train Wreck: Assassin's Creed Unity

 

GOTY: GTAV remastered. It was awesome last year, it's awesome again this year.
