Very neat how they extended the backgrounds of a lot of the shots. You can't even tell there was CGI involved.

The three-eyed crows were a nice touch.

 

gettin' psyched for this. gonna have to go back and re-watch the first season sometime soon i think.

 

The titles of the first 6 episodes have been released. I'll HTR, just in case:

1) The North Remembers
2) The Night Lands
3) What Is Dead May Never Die
4) Garden of Bones
5) The Ghost of Harrenhal
6) The Old Gods and the New

Plus, I think I remember hearing that episode 9 will be titled Blackwater.


Love the title for #5. I knew they would use that sometime this season. And it looks like Renly's death will be at the end of episode 4, which seems about right.

 

Actually if you read Ep.4's synopsis carefully, it looks like that event will NOT happen at the end of the episode, because they mention events in there that could not really come before it -- at least if they're trying to be faithful to the material -- because it's part of the same plot thread. So my bet would be for that event to happen somewhere around halfway or 2/3s of the way through the episode.
