I did have to double-take when I posted that gif a while back of her on the Iron Throne, because she makes Joffrey look like a midget by comparison. **** me that girl's big.

 

The shark-jumping potential for the final season of Game of Thrones is off the charts. Dany riding Drogon into battle against the white walkers, Bran sitting on his Root Throne, warg-commandeeriing all the animals of Westeros into battle a la the climax of Avatar.

 

...whereas book readers can probably look forward to Dany being burned to death by her own dragons and Bran dying alone in some filthy hole, but only after 1,000 pages of the Westeros Good Food Guide.

 

It's not the destination that matters, really; it's the death count along the way.

 

According to Google she's only 5'9". She may be taller now, but actors are short so the scale is deceiving.

Halfdan the Black Whoever the guy is that plays Gregor this season is "only" 6'9". It's sad when all that distinguishes Sansa Stark and the biggest guy in Westeros is 12 inches. But as you say, actors are short; Eastwood always towered over his fellow actors, and he was only 6'4" or so.
