I was slaughtered for nothing!

 

I think I deserve to hear the reason too. After all, I worked hard to make it this far despite a lot of ****, just to have the whole thing blown up in my face anyway.

The least you can do if you're going to ruin it for everyone is tell us WHY.

 

I don't see that it's been ruined for anyone. Everyone else was removed from the tournament legitimately so it's really only you and me that would have it ruined at this point. I don't care anymore, so that only leaves you. You get free colors and don't even have to play three more games. So what are you whining about again?

 

I never played this for the colors. I couldn't care less. It was the tourney itself that made it worthwhile. The challenge.

I don't think colors should be awarded. Because of your flaky behavior, no one is going to win the tournament, no one deserves the victory. But if you join any future tournaments here, I hope you will think long and hard about whether you actually wish to *complete* them, before signing up.

 

After sleeping on this I've decided that there will be no winner and this tournament will come to an end as is. Unless there are some serious objections and some damn good points put forth to change our minds. Then its settled. This tournament is over and there is no winner.

And I want to say this... this has been the *most* fracked up and drama filled tournament I've ever had the displeasure to see and it is just as much my fault as it is others. Thank you to those of you who put effort into this and did your best to make this succeed. You know who you are. I'm sorry it went down like this and this'll be the last GBG tournament games will host while I'm a mod of this forum unless serious changes are made.

I am wondering more and more if this was some kind of a "I'll show YOU what it feels like" because of my withdrawal...but that wouldn't make any sense.

My withdrawal was A. Done for a reason, not just because "I don't want to be bothered anymore" and B. Was NOT in the final.

And on top of that, I did come back.

 

Voija was supposed to forfeit if **I** was in the finals. He got confused.

 

I feel sorry for poor Hama getting dragged into all our drama. Hama's the man.

And yeah, sorry your Games experience hasn't exactly been tops. Normally we're not this bitchy. *Most* of us aren't, anyway.

 

Well, you have to admit. Whining and complaining until the judges refuse to give the victory to the clear winner on a small tecnicality, then holding up the tourney for 2 weeks because you don't even want to play is the height of childishness.

Shouldn't you be declared the champion? Since Conne had forfeited previous to playing you and Voija ended up quitting too. And you didn't have to play a single game!

 

I concur with Sesfan.

How Kart got involved is no real surprise, I just wish I would have gone running to my group of friends and told them the story too.
