    Most likely. They said it didn't have to be wired shut, which is a good sign. My cousin played hockey as a kid -- with the Junior Penguins, actually -- and once broke his jaw and had to have it wired. So Sid should be okay. I'll ask my cousin how long it took him. (I remember it because it was around Christmas, and on Christmas day we had to put all of his food into the blender. Ha!)

    Rangers just dealt Gaborik to Columbus for Brassard, Derek Dorsett, John Moore.

    As Pittsburgh and Boston power up for the playoffs, we send one of our two best scorers to Columbus. Gabby is having a tough year, but can catch fire down the stretch. I really don't see what we gain in this move.

    Seriously Doug Wilson? You traded for Raffi Torres? I like every move the Sharks have made the last few weeks except this one. Ugh, I refuse to cheer for such a dirty player. :mad:

    Cel-see-us??? Here in America we have no knowledge of this word. We use an arbitrary unit of measurement that some Dutch guy with a fever thought up almost 300 years ago and that's the way we likes it!

    For me, being a fan of the one California team not involved in this makes me dislike the idea that much more.

    I would have an easier time accepting that if Toronto wasn't playing in the Winter Classic next year despite not having won the Cup since before the moon landing. :p

    I'm pretty sure the last time they made it we didn't have the special team logo icons for the playoffs. Of course the year they make it is when we can have any avatar we want. :p

    Rangers are sitting on the edge, currently, about a half game up on Winnipeg. No playoff teams left on the schedule, 2 with the Devils, 1 each with Carolina and Florida. Should be able to squeeze in, hopefully bumping Ottawa to the 8 seed. No interest in facing the Penguins in the first round.
