    Edit: Volderon: As an NFL girl who loves the Lombardi Trophy, I have to agree in that assessment of Lord Stanley's Cup.

    Yeessss! A crazy end to a crazy playoffs. 2 in 3 years just is insane to me as someone who had until then never had a team even in the championship of a sport. I am so freaking pumped right now :D

    I'm not a Kings fan, but they earned the cup this year for sure. That team just wouldn't stop.

    Feel bad for Lundqvist though. He just about stood on his head and still couldn't do enough to win it. All things considered I think he played a great series based on some of the saves he had to make.

    Yeah a truly soul-crushing year for Lundqvist, he loses the gold medal because his team couldn't score and he loses the Stanley Cup because his team couldn't help him out. Poor guy.

    Yeah, I do feel bad for him for sure. He played amazingly.

    But yeah, Jazib, the whole home ice OT win just made it that much more awesome and insane. This playoff run by the Kings feels like something straight out of a movie... Which I guess is fitting :p
