Trams stop outside Whitley College at STOP 15 on Route 19 to North Coburg from Flinders Street Station.

1pm - 5pm

Hey, does that mean if we get ONE more VicFFer to Skyforce we'll have had ANOTHER official meet! How radical is that! Two meets in two months!!! Must be a record surely.

Is it possible? Do I dare hope? Can history be made? So many questions and so few answers.

One more person that's all folks. It's just like Jeremy Clarkson yelling out to get 1 more KPH from the Bugatti Veyron when he was doing 406KPH on Top Gear, "one more, just one more!"

Let us wait and see.

Well I guess I could see if we could shift the date

 

As I mentioned at the last meetup, I likely won't make it as my parents are visiting. Sorries.

 

That makes two strike outs. Hmmmm, could be a tricky time making up the magical 3 number. The signs ain't looking good.

We'll have to see if someone else pops up out of the blue with a "I'll be there" comment.

 

I know, it's pretty tragic isn't it. Victoria is the second largest state in Oz and this forum is the size of a house in the desert. I mean really, how many active members do we have here who live in Vic? 5? 6 if we're lucky? Ahhhh dear.

The problem with VicFF isn't that there is a lack of members, as there are heaps of those, it's just there is no incentive to post HERE. Ultimately VicFF is dying under the weight of its own disinterest and has for a long, long time.

Look at it from the point of view of a nightclub. If you turn up to a night spot for the first time and the place is empty, chances are you'll leave. So what does the nightclub need to do to solve this problem? Easy get a crowd, but how does it get a crowd if people keep leaving when they turn up because no one else is there?

Now apply scenario to VicFF and you'll clearly see where the problem lies. In effect we're a bit like a cafe running at 3am in the burbs. It gets the odd bit of traffic from time to time - maybe even some curiosity seekers - but it will never be a Starbucks.

Mixo is off getting ready to be tied down for the rest of his life.

POT is annoyed that someone had an opinion another than him.

As for the rest of Victoria.......I've tried....but people just don't seem to have that much interest in the FF anymore.

Perhaps we need to introduce a new Character...like a cute nephew from out of town that comes to stay with us for awhile, or maybe we need to have a major catastrophy in the FF just before the end of the year...that way people will tune in again in the new year to find out who survives?
