Guinastasia - Fay is one of four Jedi Masters that died by Asajj Ventress' hand on a planet called Queyta. The fifth Jedi, Obi-Wan, was the only one to survive. All this is in the comic Star Wars: Republic # 53...Clone War stuff...

han_solo_321: Good work. I think your icons might improve with a bit of sharpening and levels adjustment, however.

Woah, hey... I had just posted and was scanning down the page for the post I made. I saw "JC Icon Artist" and kept scanning, thinking "nope, that's not me...wait...my icon...my username..." thanks

I haven't yet posted my icons addy in this thread yet for a reason, which is that I'm in the process of redoing my page to accomodate the number of icons, which is growing.
