even though bane's right that it'd be a horrible abuse of power, which is why i wouldn't actually do it. and i HATE the mass-deleting of posts, even if it's by user-request. i think the forum loses a lot when a user with a number of posts gets their count wiped out.

Is there a place/thread where we can see when a certain ex-mod was "ruling", when he/she was promoted to mod/manager/administrator and when they resigned?

Well... it doesn't really apply to me because, well, basically, i still rule.

Either way I was promoted in May 2001, I think, and was an active moderator until somewhere around June 2002.

At which point I resigned and coined and copyrighted the term bitter ex mod.


A very short reign as things go, and yet I amuse myself to think I've had some effect.

That aside, mods come, mods go. Those that remember them, do. Those that don't, do they need to? There aren't that many people that actually know all the things that the people who have been mods/admins here have done, so anything that could be written here won't give you any great insight into their "career", especially since the outcomes of what a lot of what people have done is subjective.
