Yep. It shows any and all public boards recently added. It also shows private boards to those with access to them.

That's been accessible from the Main Page for months. Why clutter the Toolbar?

It's not an option that admins have control of. We can change everything Terms of Service and later on that bar, but not New Boards or earlier.

 

I hate to say it, but I think the new feature's already having problems.

I just noticed that Faces and Markup Codes link to IGN's help system, and not ours. Perhaps a simple link change is in order?
