I heard a rumor that admins get a 100% raise. Managers get 50% and moderators get 25%.

What's the difference between Moderator, Manager, Administrator, and Head Administrator? In terms of policy making, powers, etc.

Didn't take Sape long from quitting in disgust over having to give out personal details to coming back because 3SA "needed" him to being promoted to admin (for what purpose?) to being promoted to Head Admin (though he said at repromotion that he never wanted that job again). A man of contradictions.....

Yes, he was, for a time. It was he personally who appointed Sape.

The only real difference are the system-based "powers" of Moderator, Manager and Admin.
In decisions we're (supposed to be ) all equal. Actually, I forgot what the Head Admin position was really there for. He's got say over something but I think that's so rarely needed, it slipped out of my mind what exactly it was.

We don't really have head mods in a forum. But I let Damon post all the stickies, because he's been a mod longer than I am
