Just got through it and it was awesome! I don't usually get hooked on shows but I can't get enough of this one. Does Silas ever get smacked around? He's a real jackass of a kid.

Alright, I need some BSG clarification. I'm almost through season 2 and still don't quite understand why Dr. Baltar can see the hot blonde chick when no one else can! (the first two episodes of season 1 are not available on netflix.....I assume this was covered then).[face_thinking]

    Someone help a Lego out!

It is not properly addressed until later on in the series. For now we don't know if she is a hallucination, or something that is really there....

I don't think its ever actually fully clarified, Lego. It's okay. Other things will annoy you much more as you go on. :p

Word! So then I'm not really missing anything by not having watched the first two episodes?

Nothing that they dont flash back to repeatedly throughout the series...the second episode is one of the best though...I would try and see it if I were you. And like I said, I have them ALL.

I'd highly recommend watching the mini series as it is some of the best TV out there...ever. We've got the whole series on blu-ray if ya wanna borrow it.

And the first episode (33) after the miniseries is hands down, one of the best hours ever produced for television. Watch the miniseries and episode 33, you must.

Thats whay I meant by the second episode. It really builds the mood that the rest of the series moves on, IMO.

Great minds think alike, Bill. :)

I started watching Burn Notice now that they are playing re-runs and It's actually a pretty good n'cheesy action show. I think there should be a drinking game where every time he says "When your a spy you have to..." you have to do a shot.

I love that show... The stunts are awesome in it. Very very little CGI, just a lot of things blowing up for real!

I originally started watching because of B.C. but it's kinda cool to see Lost and BSG stars pop up in it too. Does the show hold the momentum pretty well through all 5 seasons?

It gets better every season. The last two episodes of season 4 were probably the best I have ever seen... AWESOME!

I went out to dinner with my parents last night, and the funniest conversation ensued. My mom has started watching Babylon 5 and is currently through first season. We were discussing some of the plot points around Commander Sinclair when my dad cuts in...

dad: "Which one is Sinclair, again?"
mom: "He's the commander in charge of the station."
dad: "The first guy in charge? He isn't second in command?"
me: "No, he's first in command."
dad: "Really? *confused* I thought that was Adama."
me: "Errr... Adama is on Battlestar Galactica. This is Babylon 5."
dad: "No ****? Well, no wonder I was having a hard time following..."

Hahaha!!! That would be hard to follow then.

So I've almost finished season 2 of Alias. I'm really enjoying it. I had only watched the first several episodes before and I guess I wasn't paying much attention. But I'm glad I gave it a second chance :D

I've been watching Prison Break on Netflix. I think it's really good, has anyone eles seen this show? I don't think it's on air anymore.

If you have seen it, is it like 24? I just don't see the charm in that show at all, but so many people like it????

Prison Break was great season 1. Got interesting season 2. Then began to defecate all over itself from there on out....ergo it's been cancelled. Save yourself the disappointment and stop watching after 2. [face_shame_on_you]

My brother said it would become a soap opera if someone ended up going into a coma... and I guess then, it happened. He really liked the first season but the rest... meh.
