Can't say I'd want any of them. Amidala fans might be happy though.

 

Um yeah! I'm beyond thrilled that we FINALLY get an Amidala bust! Course a part of me wishes it was a different costume because EVERY Amidala thing made is with that red gown, but oh well.

I love the Luke too. Of course all of this comes out when I'm recently unemployed. GRRRRR! I don't care though, I will get Amidala mostly because I know that she'll be the least popular of the 3 and her production number will be low, just like the snowbunny xmas one from a few years back.

I love the new Padme bust! I just got my premier membership and I chose this as my free gift. I hope they eventually chose some of her other outfits from the prequels, like the Homestead blue dress or the wedding dress.

 

I think I might sign up for the Guild, but I don't know how much I'd actually buy. If I do, I'm all over the Luke.

 

The advantage with joining the guild is not only do you get the free gift, but you also get discounts on all their other merchandise. Gentle giant is also offering a pair of rebel insignia bookends this year, which are really elegant.

 

I might have to do it then. I'm in need of the Thrawn bust and a few other pieces.

 

The Thrawn bust, at least from the pictures, is very detailed.

 

Well I finally bit the bullet and signed up for my PG Membership today. I'm very excited that I'll be getting that awesome Queen Amidala mini-bust. I "might" pre-order Endor Luke also.

I'm bummed, the one year I'm not flush w/ moola they come out w/ tons of busts that I really want. I'd love to get the Wedge also (not a PGMembership offering - but a new bust for this year.)

 

I think I might sign up for the PGM as well. It seems like a great deal - A free bust, $30 coupon, $10 coupon, and 10% off other merchandise. Really, it comes out to be pretty even.

 

Went ahead and signed up for the PGM to see if I can get the Amidala bust. Does anyone know how long it takes for them to confirm the membership?

 

I had problems w/ my card so it went around and around for me. Usually it doesn't take too long.

You'll probably be Ok, I think the 2-1B or Luke will be more popular since so many collectors turn their noses up to anything from TPM.

Hee hee - agreed. I'm so excited, that bust is just gorgeous. I love my Snowbunny Padme bust and have been hoping and hoping for another Padme bust. I've really hoped that we'd get a Queen Amidala. Hopefully they sell well enough that the artists will work on making more. I'd love one w/ her lilac kimono costume.

 

Yeah, I really love all of the costumes she wears throughout the Trilogy and would probably happily buy all of them.

Especially the Tatooine one from Clones.
