Yeah, it's definitely a Photoshop job. It's the only thing they seem to use anymore. A shame, really.

I wonder what the plot of the book is about, seems interesting. [face_thinking]

I was thinking more along the lines of "is this a picture of Carrie that they took in 1980 and that we hadn't seen before?". But yeah, photoshop.

Carrie Fisher Talks About Star Wars: Episode VII
    April 28, 2013
[IMG]Carrie Fisher was again asked at the Calgary Comic Expo this weekend whether she will make an appearance in Star Wars: Episode VII as Princess Leia. Her response was an interesting one.

According to the Calgary Herald, she said the following:

Yes, Carrie Fisher confirmed to a rapt audience at the BMO Centre Saturday afternoon that she will in fact be reprising her most famous role of Princess Leia in a new series of Star Wars films, which will be produced by Disney. She was the first of the original cast members to announce her participation back in March, although apparently jumped the gun. Her publicist later said she was joking and that nothing had been confirmed.
However, it seems to be a done deal now. But for fans looking for a sneak-peek of what to expect in the new film, Fisher didn't offer many juicy details.

I like being bought by Disney, because they never wanted to buy me before, she said during a talk at the Calgary Comic and Entertainment Expo. I'm glad they are doing a new movie because they are sending a trainer to my house so I can get in really good shape. So I'm really eating a lot of sugar in advance, as you can see. By the time I really get down to it I will have eaten everything.

Star Wars: Episode VII is scheduled to hit theaters in the summer of 2015.

Seriously, I can't imagine the original cast wouldn't be a part of this movie. Anything else and the movie would be ho-hum.

They still havn't announced it? Le sigh. I hope they hurry this up so we can start obsessing and fighing over new casting because I can guarantee you it will be hell on earth. Also...when they are cast...they need to release a video of them trying to get through that "obsessed with Star Wars book" just for lols cause I swear some of those questions are impossible to answer without googling it. That would be an hilarious video to see them and even the Ot cast trying to answer questions such as " What is the name of the taxi driver in scene whatever of episode 2". Whoever gets the most right gets the most screentime :p

That would be a riot, considering Mark made a fool of himself in front of the fans at Celebration V when he didn't know what a sandcrawler was. :p

Sometimes, they make it look like there aren't any capable artists available. As far as I can tell, there are. Many.
    So yes, that's a a shame. :(

Then nothing will change, save for all of us fans going crazy.

Thing is, they probably won't. At least nothing to do with Episode 7. Of course, I'd love to be proven wrong.

A not so wild Hamill interview appears
On being approached by Lucas about his idea for a sequel trilogy
The meeting he had last year regarding it
On the creative meeting and what he wants
    CGI talk
Whether he'd want to be a Jedi master or not *more specificly on if he'd use a lightsaber a lot so I guess those wanting him to be going around lightsabering things 24/7 might be disappointed*
