    Eh. I wasn't a fan of where Star Wars was headed even when he was running the show, so I really can't complain that he "sold out".

    He sold out years ago when he became the thing he spent years fighting against (a big powerful studio exec) and started doing stuff solely to make money rather than because he wanted to tell the audience a story and entertain (like Spielberg).


    Then again he did personally finance Red Tails when no other sudio would back it, and he wanted to tell that story for years. So maybe some part of old Lucas still lives inside (wow, he really does mirror his creation)

    Qui-Gon Jinn being exactly what a Jedi was suppose to be. To me it's always been just a fanboy fantasy how ESB was the best of the OT when it was so obvious how much better RotJ was then ESB, and I found the TPM better than ROTJ.

    Overall, I like the Prequels better than the Originals too.

    ROTS was awesome. If you cut out 10 seconds of Jar Jar Binks in TPM (the fart joke and the he stepped in poop joke) it's a really great movie. AOTC is a little meh, but not a bad movie.

    TESB is the best of the originals, but some parts really dragged. ANH and ROTJ are even worse with pacing. I wish all of ROTJ was as good as the Throne Room sequence, but it isn't.
