That bomb blast didn't actually cripple him, unless you count ruptured ear drums - which isn't exactly Richard III level disability. And I'd say the early stages of Parkinsons probably put him on an equal level with Washington considering the latter's constant pain from dental issues.

I'd say it'd be a close fight if they were in an open field starting fifty feet apart.

Washington might have a disadvantage because, being a man of the enlightenment, he might want to calm Hitler down when that little man came at him in a fit of rage.

Then again, G Mans reach gives him an advantage if he just wants to pop Hitler in the head.

 

Then all bets are off.

 

A better fight would be George Washington vs Andrew Jackson.

Hitler, on account of having more advanced weaponry. He could use a gun that could be more accurate from farther away, not to mention grenades. Washington is tougher physically, but that only helps if he surprises Hitler and gets him into close-quarters combat, which Hitler would watch out for.
