That should be enough to get things going. The grills already fired up, so if anyone is hungry, or thirsty for that matter, I've put the Menu up on my SW Fan site, so we don't have to keep reposting it. It's in my sig.

*walks over to grill and grabs lighter fluid. unscrews cap and dumps entire canister on the kindling*

Since we're outside and I didn't see a "no blasters" sign, would someone like to do the honors and light the bon fire?

I give it three weeks. A month at the most till this one is closed and another opened. I'm sure something will happen to make Chyren or someone say we don't need a social thread it has nothing to do with Episode 2. When this has everything to do with it. Because there aren't really any great spoilers out there so therefore not a lot of point of speculating at this point. But we'll wait and see.

 

I'd hate to see it go down too soon. This is the first "social" thread I've participated in and it's been great fun so far. But ya'll are right, probably no more than maybe a month or so, and then we'll just have to pack up and move on.

*puts shoes back on now that my feet are good and toasty*

Well, as long as they have that Reek guarding the entrance and it keeps raining, that should be enough spoiler info to keep this place legit. If I have to move to another forum I'm going to make a point of putting a spoiler in every social post. Switching threads has been easy to deal with after the initial aggitation.

Thanks that will help. My poncho isn't doing the best job keeping me dry. I'll put up a tent hallway between your party and the grill. That way you won't get wet if you're hungry, and the heat from the grill will keep your tents nice and toasty.

Edit:
I don't have to believe in the Reek to know that the one preventing us from seeing the movie early down there is quite upset with the "Reek Roast" I just put on the grill. Personally, I don't know if I buy into it or not, but since it's spoiler-lore, it has worked it's way into my consciousness.

Hi ISYF! Cool name. Welcome to the Party. Kinda getting wet though. My sleeping bag kinda got a little damp before all the tarps started going up. Darn that rain!

 

Yah, the rain's a pain. but we'll be able to say === we were there. and that will be cool.

 

Well queeq, it's more like a tail gate party then a bar and grill. I keep all the drinking supplies in these custom made Hoth coolers, and this Weber grill has been cooking all day. It's all self-serve, but since I'm here I've been taking care of things (just to establish the mood).

Rancor steak coming up. How do you like it?

Queeq bring your sleeping bag and stuff over here. I've been saving the Beardi Knights place in line! It's the offical Beardi Knight Tent and all. Lots of fun. And if you look inside you might fine a barber chair that can be pulled out for a hair trim and what not!

 

Started cooking the steak on page 6 queeq, let me know how you like it.
