Good news!: I went on my driving lesson today after all, and drove a bit on the road... I was scared ****less the first time I did it, but grew more comfortable afterwards; Dodgers won their game today!


Bad news!: The soonest that someone can be sent to fix our A/C is tomorrow, Tuesday at the latest. No A/C until then. Oye vey.

 

*starting to get antsy*

Well The Man is represented by two women. They rather liked me so I think I did well. Old work asked me to do a few hours this week on relief though. They wanted me to work until 8 but I said no so they made it 6pm.

 

Well, got settled in the apartmentin Vienna. It's a pretty amazing little place, a fully functional flat for the exact same price as a claustrophobic hostel room. A pretty good catch.
Very soon off to some random sightseeing, before adapting a more systematical approach hah.
Also, pretty much everyone we met so far spoke better Serbian than English haha.

I see there's still not been much in the news section of GFFA.

 

I swear to God if i see as many lens flares in VII as i did on Into Darkness and its predecessor, i might start having an epileptic fit in the theater. All that aside, still excited.

Hello people. I am a very angry girl now for two reasons:
1. Marvel has pissed me off by IMO horrible miscasting an actor I like by making him play a character who looks nothing like him and is a waste of that actors beauty and slash potential
2. This "diet" (more like torture tactic) is the the worst thing ever cause I can barely eat anything and even when I find something I like I usually can't have it because if my total fat whatever goes above 20 then well...that doesn't end well for me. And also I cant do a lot of things on the cruise because it might be damaging to my health. God-freaking-dammit.

So yeah I'm not happy and I'm beginning to find a lack of point of eating and going on the cruise later if I can't eat anything and do anything of enjoyment. I swear to god if we dont get any good news soon I might go all "dark side" and nobody will like that

 

It's the internet. If there is slash potential there then it will never go to waste.

Aren't you allowed any form of deviation from the diet? Not even a desert one night as a self indulgence?

 

Doesn't seem that way. In regards to desserts its apparantly no chocolate, no cakes/pies, most pastries can't happen, and I can't have ice cream. So I guess that leaves cold fruits and yogurt. Wooopee.
Also I can't have bacon! Thats a crime right there!

Now dont get me wrong I LOVE Pace and I'm just happy to see him in a Marvel movie BUT I just wish they had used him on a character who they can easily turn into "The Next Loki" (aka a villain who fangirls like me obsess over) (a character like Nova or Adam Warlock* and now I greatly fear that that wont be the case and he's totally gunna die in GOTG and be a one-shot villain *which IMO is a great waste of Pace's talent*

My A/C is still broke...

 

Tunick, not that I'm not sympathetic but I've gone through more summers without AC than with it.

 

I wasn't so used to A/C at this time of the year, it wouldn't be so bad. It also hasn't helped that it was in the low 100's yesterday... if only it was in the 80's.

 

Wish it was like that now, it's 13C outside and raining. I'm making baked vegetable pie.

 

Rain bothers me more than any amount of hot weather.

All of that going down less than a mile from my home... when I made a trip to 7-11 in the late afternoon, there was 6 helicopters in the sky.

 

You'd absolutely love the summer I've been having then. Rainy weather and absolutely baking heat. It's enough to drive someone insane.
