It was the only job he'd had. Fifteen years and he was ready for something else.

I don't follow it like I use to. About the only thing I've been getting is Shaolin Cowboy. I'll pick up the new Stray Bullets when that comes out in March I believe. And I'll pick up Star Wars trade paperbacks as well. The Purge being the most recent. I've held off on The Star Wars cause I want to read the whole thing, not once a month. My friend that I mentioned before, he self publishes stuff and I get that when he does it.

What about you? What are you into?

Transmetropolitan, The Sandman, Krazy Kat, Acme Novelty Library, Casanova, Frank and currently Saga. I read Shaolin Cowboy years ago but haven't seen the new ones and I also plan to pick Stray Bullets. I read alot of Image comics now and I make a point to support local self published artists.

Image is great in that regard. Most of the stuff I read is by either them or Vertigo. And of course Dark Horse for SW and others.

If you like Saga you should check out BKV's other series, Y: The Last Man. Definitely a must read.

I read that. I prefer Saga. The Private Eye is the other current BKV comic that is very good.

Just looked it up. Sounds interesting, especially the fact that it's DRM-free. Vaughn's always gone against the grain, so it doesn't surprise me much that he's taken this route for this series.

I'll check out Saga, I just wiki'd it and it looks interesting. I'm glad Shaolin Cowboy is back, but it needs to start a story soon.

It's my first digital comic other than web comics. Martin is a great comic artist. I really believe Vaughan is at his best right now.

The best suggestion I can make is to go to a comic shop and try a buncha Image titles to see what you like.

My day has been relaxing for the most part. My daughters made dinner tonight (spaghetti with meatballs, mmmm =P~). They're much better cooks then I am that's for sure.

Nothing wrong with that. Sometimes a slow pace is a good thing, as oppose to "always on the move".
