UGH! 137 DAYS! Starting a count this far out makes it seem even further away. And I have tax season to get through between now and then!

 

I need those 137 days to get the money I need... right now I've paid the flight, the ticket and the hotel, but I need to eat and shop as well.

You could always say that it is only 5 months away. That way it don't feel its that far off.

I only collect books. Nothing of value and they don't pay for blood in Canada. You got a cookie and some juice

Well, they don't pay for blood here either, but there's a bit more involved in extracting plazma, so you can get paid for it. Probably not enough time to sell one of your kidneys (and recover from the surgery)...there's always the sperm bank or siging up to be a medical guinea pig. It's amazing what people will pay you for, not that it's all good, but particularly near college campuses...lots of students need research subjects to poke, prod, shock, answer questions...bought one or two 1/2 gallon trips with the Captain going that route during college.

 

It's less than 5 months away and I'm all ready except for my airfare. I'm waiting for a discount fare but the money's in the bank. What with the holidays, then the start of the new semester, budget deadlines, it will be time to pack before we know it. We're already one day closer than yesterday...

This will be great practice for the lines at CIII. Need to get those icebreakers down pat. So... Do you mind if I take your picture? Your costume is great... How long have you been a star wars fan?... Is your husband/wife/partner a fan?... Any kids? What do they think of your obsession?

I have several costumes done....so I can just sit back and wait....

I forgot to move my watch forward a day at the end of the month, so the countdown as of today is actually 135 Days. My apologies for throwing off your budgets.

My Wife and I will be at CELEBRATION III for all 4 days! We live around 15 miles from it's location and would be there for all 4 days regardless of where it was being held!

Couldn't and wouldn't miss it!

BIG party news for that Friday night coming later this week. HUGE. Just about everything has been hammered down and signed for and ready to go. Can't wait to share.

And oh, Seb, I hope you haven't forgotten that Obi Anne and I are going to throw muffins at you?

 

If that's all that gets thrown at me, than I'll welcome that pelting with open arms.
