Ya I remember you raincloud. I tried adding your new email address to my MSN list but you're never online. I think I'm gonna post here for a few months.

I agree with Toriyano on this issue. Accent marks are evil. I like learning a new language but those newfangled accent marks are only there to comfuse me.

Stop upping your own thread. It is unnecessary!
I'll start posting in Spanish again soon. :p

You think Spanish accent marks are bad? French ones are far worse! I hate French accent marks!! (I had to say it)

    Y por cierto:

What's wrong with upping a thread?

Sí, quejaos de los acentos en castellano, vosotros no sois catalanes... en catalán hay acentos abiertos (`) y cerrados (´), y también diéresis (aparte de los dígrafos qü y gü, como en castellano). Por lo menos no hay ^s como en francés (perdón por mi ignorancia, no sé el nombre que designa los ^s [face_blush]).

Tupolov: IMO, it's pointless to up a thread in the Spanish boards, because there isn't much activity, so there's no chance it can go to the second page if you don't up it for a week. For Force's sake, this is not YJCC! :p

I prefer having accent marks and knowing for sure how a word is pronunced. In English, when you see a new word you have to guess how it is pronunced.
So I say accent marks are good, English way of doing is wrong. IMHO

I prefer my English language to my Spanish language.I don't care how my words are pronounced, I only care about their meanings. In my Spanish language, one accent mark can completely change the meaning of my word.

There's no need to up a thread when it's already on the top. [face_plain] Again, this is the Spanish board, slightly different to the other ones (i.e. accents).
