Has to go to work today, but hates her job.
^Has shockingly clean room.
Needs a job and is screwed cause she has not been very good at looking for one as she should be.
^Is VERY doubtful she has a clean room!!!!!!
Edit: Ack there's no one above me now! Nooooo!
Is regretting decision to dance 2 hours at the end of the day on tuesdays and thursdays.
^Has the best mormon fic on earth--the One Game!
Well, I haven't been on here for over a year, methinks, but where has everyone gone? I see DarthIshtar is a Utahn as well, lol. Hows about that for a small world? I must admit to reading some of your fics as a lurker. I need to delurk more often. So about the person above me...she is also a fanfic writer.
About me...though I live closer to Brigham City, this was the first Fanforce chapter I joined way back when Handyman formed it. For the last year or so I moved to the local garrison of the 501st Legion and drop in here from time to time as well as the SLC boards. The last activity I went to in your area was for Mike's fanfilm over at the dojo.
p.s. Corrin, dude, when are you gonna finish that fanfilm?
mormon fic? 0-o what's that? some weird cross-over thingee?
Mia I know that feeling. It's so hard to find a job in Provo! >_<
Degrees actually tend to work against you. (Ie: it was easier to find a good job when I was a student.) What kind of work are you looking for? (I'm searching too) If I see any job openings in your area I'll let ya know.
Technically, Skalen, I'm not a Utahn. I'm a transplant, but I'm glad these wonderful people have let me hang out with them while I'm ready to shoot myself at BYU.
I met DarthIstar the other day, when I stumbled into on of her stories.
I am 44, which will probably make me about the oldest around, but I can provide younger fans that I ahve given birth to.
We all live right here in Provo, down by Allen's Grocery on 3rd south. If you ever make to that part of Provo
For the most part my time on this board is spent causing trouble-which amounts to the same thing in real life! Good to know all of you.
Glad you stopped by this way at last, Noelie! To put things in perspective, I'm 24 and have been, for this summer, the oldest member of the active Fanforce. Refreshing to see someone more mature.
[face_offended] Are you calling us immature?!?!
Good to meet new people!
^ is immature..... for a 35 yr old. (which she isn't)
<--- is 3 1/2 months from 24.
The two of you? Immature? Perish the thought. Sorry, I should not make comments like that if I want to continue raiding your fridge...
^ Raids people's fridges!!
Hey, they steal my cookies!
*sniff* You didn't say anything about me. You're the one who came up with the rules for the thread, oh wise CR.
^Has awesome taste in TV shows and funny lines.
^Is crazy because she keeps repeating that she has a crush on Palpy.
->Completely rearranged her bedroom this weekend and so, amazingly, has a clean room.
Does anyone else wish the emoticons had Star Wars faces?
So...where is this story posted?
It's a book about BYU students trying to get married, written in the '70's, which is full of things like "Fer icky!" and every dumb Mormon joke you can possibly think of.
ah, never heard of it.
^was jumping around my living room and squealing when I told her my evil plot bunny. And then she said "Can I hug you?" and said she had never been so proud because I told her it was inspired by her.
<--has a headache
^ should read The One Game!
And I hope your headache goes away.
^Has the cutest smile.
Is waiting for a call-back from a job interview.
^ Is awesome for submitting her resume and should give me a kick in the butt to do the same.
I'm so dumb. Urgh.
^Is not dumb, but makes me laugh by being brilliant.
I am now exhausted, but it was fun to go be insane with Kate at the Orson Scott Card event tonight. We missed y'all.
^ Does not like Orson Scott Card very much.
Why am I brilliant?
Why do I not like OSC?
