    A: Yes, I love to play the piano, and I also dabble a bit on the guitar.

    A: I have been a drummer since I was 11 (am currently 37). I also can survive on guitar and have a love/hate relationship with my theremin. I was in active bands which toured and released records while in high school.
    Q: Same question, as it actually fulfills our mission statement of "Getting to know" each other.

    Oh... and for any uninformed... here is a theremin in the hands of a pro:

    Oh mon dieu, le cygne de saint-saƫns... SUBLIME

    This made me think of les pleurs (the tears) by Jean de Sainte Colombe:

    I was a guitar player for 13 years. Traveled with many groups(including one with a theremin). Did very little studio work. Had to quit due to injury about 5 years ago.

    Q: Same. Do you play any instruments?

    A: I haven't answered this one yet.... I play piano (10 years now... wow.) , french/double horn (8 years), and can play on most brass instruments (Not very well, might I add...)

    Does voice count? I play that as well. :p

    Q: If you could pick one artist to listen to for the next 50 years, who would it be?

    Q: Favorite Sport?

    btw I enjoy playing bach, but listening to only bach for 50 years would make me go absolutely bananas8-}

    An awesome place to read is a hotel with a terrace/balcony... Quebec City and Pittsburgh were my favourite so far.

    A: I like reading outside, but sometimes bugs distract me:p
    I also like reading high up, "perched" above the masses... it adds perspective, but I digress....

    A: Long story, but worth it: I was staying in suburbia at my mother's house for a brief while when I was 20. I had spent the evening at my friend Bridget's house which was only a mile or so away, so I had walked because it was nice out. Well, it's 2 am... and I opt to walk back to my mother's house - and this is what happened. On the right hand side is a wooded area with a large creek in there somewhere and on the left is a development. When it's really late/early and nobody is stirring, you can hear sounds for long distances. I have no idea what I thought I would see, but I heard a car squeal on its brakes (what had to be at least half a mile away) in the distance behind me, and for some cosmic reason, I turned to see where it came from even though I was positive it was nowhere close to me. As soon as I swung back around to keep walking... a BAT crashes into my face. It starts freaking out, wings flapping over the sides of my head, screeching... I am screaming, pulling it off of my face and generally losing my mind. I throw it and it just takes off. I run, screaming like a maniac for the entire distance back to the house. I thought it gave me HIV or rabies or something. It didn't even scratch me. I just got in the way of its flight path and scared the poor thing to death. So, yeah... I had a bat crash into my face.

    Q: Same question.

    A: Something similar happened to my friend's brother, and his mom made him get the rabies shots series. Every time he walked into a room for the next month, we started humming the Batman theme :p But I've never had it happen.
