I only run fast if I can score a point in a sport. I can jog intervals on a treadmill for an hour. Running for running's sake is not a fun thing for me.

I'll choose long distance jogging. I can run 10,000 metres in the same speed in one hour, but short distance and fast? I can't run more than 1 round! The fastest was 1minutes and 35sec at 400 metres, after that I was as good as dead!
