To take this conversation full circle, I'd like to add that in the 1980's GI Joe cartoon movie, the main enemy was revealed as "Cobra La!". These guys had no mechanical or digital technology and used only biological weapons, and they too believed technology was taboo. Alot of people believe the idea for the Yuuzhan Vong was borrowed from Cobra La!.

*lol* Glad you got what I meant. It was a bit like the Vong wasn't it ? Perhaps that's why I liked it, it reminded me of SW, if in the sequel thay have the "Embrace of pain" That'd be too much for me ;)

I haven't seen GI Joe yet! lol... However, I knew all the references you mentioned and then some. Should I see an embrace of pain with Baroness and/or Scarlet in it then it's become a whole different movie... most likely involving whips, chains, and leather. LOL! Remember though, pain is the ultimate teacher, it forces you to correct that which is wrong and can make you stronger if you let it... Pain means you're alive. Yeah... I get ya completely. ;)

I actually enjoyed this more than Transformers 2. But that's not a stretch.

Tomorrow, G.I. Joe's Channing Tatum (Duke) will be at my store signing autographs with his co-star Amanda Seyfried for their new film, "Dear John". They will be on Level 3 at 4 pm. Plus, win tickets and prizes!
