    oh I don't know.
there may be some people crawl out of the woodwork yet......... time will tell.

Any roads. The boss has left, and that's my cue to head off doon the 13th Note (while its still there) for some spicey chips and a read at all the 2000ADs waiting for me in A1 comix. I've not picked up my subscription since November.....

    catch you later, dude.

In a moment of weakness ( I have many) I purchased a Slaine action figure thingy.
You would just LOVE the muscles and bumps on this guy. And he comes complete with a matching Ukko the Dwarf !
I really wish that the Judge Dredd movie had been less of a cock-up - then the huge army of comic fanboys in the US might have got into 2000AD - and then we'd have got Slaine movies, more Dredd movies, Zenith movies, Nemisis and Torquemada movies..... oh, the list goes on.

***damn you Sylvester - you had to take the helmet off and kiss the girl, didn't you? Talk about missing the point.

Medb - that's pronounced "maive" or "meeve", isn't it?
That would confuse the hell out of anyone reading her name off a list....

" Alright class, I'd like to introduce you to a new girl. She's called .........m...... mmmm......mebid....medib......mebbed......oh, ta-hell-with-it, she's called Debbie.
    "no I'm not miss"
"Yes you are, Debbie. shut up."

There's a fine old Scottish tradition of names that do not sound anything like they look.
    Eileadh ----- aylee
    Siobhan ----- sh-bon
    Ruruaidh --- rue-ray
    Mhairi ------ varrie
    Agnes ----- senga

Anyway, what about this Scottish opening night line-up, people ?
And I hope none of you Glasgow-based folk are forgetting the 'May The Fourth Be With You' party at Nice'n'Sleazy, Sauchiehall St, on....May 4th.

    - its basically like sherry with a dose of caffeine in it. and sodium phosphate.
Lovely warm glow and the urge to dance and talk and eat kebabs
Its part of your culture, woman !

    PS

it does not have sediment - unless the bottles they sell doon in MK are antique wans.
Turnover is too high in Glasgow for bottles to settle/

Buckfast is an ideal writers drink - frees the imagination, and keeps you awake. Will we see your fan:fic when its done?
