Gluten-Free Pancakes and Waffles support group

I happen to know the problems that 'normal' pancakes and waffles can pose to some people, being that my wife and daughter both have Celiac and need to eat Gluten-Free.
They LOVE pancakes and waffles, but the gluten in them, make them sick.

I know there are more of you out there that fall into this category and we want you to know that you are supported here!

I suggest Pamela's Pancake and Baking Mix...

I have found not only does it make great pancakes, but I have also been able to make onion rings, fried chicken and bread with it!
