Humanity to Mars in 2023, huh?; California estimates that its 400 mile HS Rail from San Francisco to Los Angeles won't be finished until 2029.

Still, it is a noble cause...Mars One doing all that they can to send Gary Busey home.

 

To be fair, they don't need to build a railway track to Mars.

 

the twist is that we'd all probably still be connected to the same internet. so we'd send them all to mars, then beezel would be like, "sup guys, posting from mars".

 

2029? That's optimistic. Heck, the subway from downtown LA to Westwood, which is like 15 miles, by 2036, I think.
