Some of the photo imaging software outthere have the tv lines as a standard filter. Mine doesn't so I had to recreate it myself. Most of my posters are 700x1000 so I took a plain white page 700x 1000 and drew one black line across it. I then copied the line and placed it one space apove my original line. I copied and pasted the line several times until I had a nice wide row of lines. I save it as a jpeg and then I copied all the lines and pasted it above the original rows. I then copied and pasted until I had covered the whole page. I saved that as a jpeg and then I pasted it on a new background just a bit bigger then 700x1000. I then saved that as a jpeg. I croped the white from around the black lines. Since it was black and white I needed to only crop once to get rid of all the white. I saved that layer of lines as a PSF so I could layer it onto any poster I wanted to. It took me a while to do but it looks great.
