God hurts people badly?

I mean really hurt. I've been hearing this girl scream incessantly 'No! Nooooo! for the past six months from outside my house and I think it's about God hurting another version of me and her watching it. And someone called Agent Smith in my head tells me he's doing it to scare me and it's not real. Does this make any sense to you?
