See Daoists in China or Taiwan burn paper money and other paper effigies (it's crazy to see someone burn a paper Lexus) so that their dead ancestors may enjoy them in the afterlife. Go to a Buddhist temple in Cambodia and join monks in meditation. Go to Angkor Wat. Visit the old cities of Italy. Drink stein after stein of kolsch in Cologne.

Do all this, learn a bit about different cultures, and see how certain you are that the world works how you think it does, and that a secret cabal is in charge.

that was one of my first big guffaws in the movie. when the professor presents his big list of "atheist" super-geniuses and has dawkins tacked on there, presumably because the writers knew it was a name people would recognize?
