R.I.P. Christopher Reeve
Bummer. I guess Dr. Swann will not be making a reappearance on Smallville.
He will be missed.
yes, seriously sad..... apparently he died of complications from an infected bed sore....he went into cardiac arrest on saturday, this led to a coma, and he passed away last nite.....very sad, indeed....
My condolences to all of you.
Dude, not cool.
It's sad, because I was sure if anyone could walk again after being paralyzed, Superman could.
That's quite an unfunny joke whoever posted as Lex
As often as I disagree with Darkstar, I have to agree with him on this, whoever posted as Lex, that's just not cool.
I altered my post, since I seem to have offended so many of you.
I'm gonna take a wild guess and say that Lex Luthor is none other than /////TALON_WOLFE\\\\\
No, but I wish I was, because he is really really cool...
Yeah, I guess he is too cool to go around accidentally posting things in sock form.
Eh? What's that you're saying? I deny all knowledge, umm, I am not even wearing socks right now....
It is a shame Ken Camminiti also died Sunday.
Greatest 3rd baseman ever... I loved watching him play.
I wept when I heard of the seath of Christopher Reeves.
Thank you sir for the many childhood dreams and for the inspiration to don a red fuzzy blanket and jump from my parents roof, on at least three separate occasions.
To Truth, Justice, and the American way.
To the greatest American Hero, I salute you.
Christopher Reeve, I commend you... You are a true Superman, for all that you have done for us, and for everything that you have been through. You fought a great battle with a "Doomsday", known as "Life".
I love you, and will always miss you!!!
Tonight, on Smallville, after the show, it said:
In loving memory of Christopher Reeve
He made us believe a man could fly.
That kinda got to me. I remember the tag line for the first Superman movie was "You'll believe a man can fly." It was one of the first movies I ever saw in my life, and it had a big impact on me as a kid.
The movie, as well as the other three had a huge impact on me as well. He made Superman, sooo believable. I will miss him tremendously! D;
the ones after the first one didn't have as big an impact on me.
I am a HUGE Superman fan!
really? i couldn't have guessed that from your last few posts on this tread.
