No Morgaine, no...you can not leave us!
What about Adoptions? I cannot run it without you!
Perhaps the situation is still salvageable. I do not know.
I sure do hope so...
I sure do hope so...
Me too.I just hope phillip doesn't demote any more mods. That'll just make things even worse.
I too am very sad to see you go, Morgaine. For the longest time, you have come to define the WNU forum and its unique spirit; it is for this reason that I believe that you will ultimately be irreplaceable here.
In choosing to resign in protest, I do believe that you have made a most noble decision. It is a decision that I deeply respect, as I too have been utterly disgusted by the recent behaviour of some of this site's ownership. No doubt, such a decision was a difficult one for you, but I believe it is a true testament to your conviction as a person and your beliefs. For these reasons and for your countless hours of service here, you should be applauded.
I hope to stay in touch with you in the future, as you've always been such a wicked friend to me and someone that I've always looked up to.
Lots of love,
Morgaine I respect you and the rest of the mods even more now. Its obvious who cares for the JC and who doesnt. Yet we need to stick together regardless. We have all united under the banner of support and decided its best to keep going as a community. There will be more new users coming and they will need our help.
Oh, MASTER_OBI-DAN, it is truely good to see you here . But not under good times I must state. As you can see the forums are a mess, and JCers acrossed the board have begun to think about leaving. This is the worst thing since the great server crash recorded in JC history .
I myself had thought of leaving, then decided to stay as to help those Newbies within Adoptions out . However, if anything is to happen further with our forum Moderation I would scream!
Sorry, I am just fumming at this point... I hope to continue to see you around, and perhaps even better hear from you about Adoptions .
This could have been avoided. I still believe that. And there should be no harassment of posters who wish to remain free of this matter and retain their icons.
Strid the best we can do is take Katyas advice. It was she who stated that the adoptions coordinator needs users not one in particular to help you. If it is up to us as users to rebuild the WNU so be it. I have registered in the forum you have and agree.
Jainalover, I believe you are with us 100 percent.
And I salute you, But lets be honest, we are quite cold at the moment being naked so we are a little jealous. Especially with the Jawa cloak on. Its really cold up here in NY. I have a cold to boot too as well.

no, no, no...I do not think you understand completely . He is the original Coordinator for the program, as so, I have asked him to tell me of the ways that he used to do things as that way I can get better coordinated in my work there .
Jainalover: I do believe Beezel was joking with you. No one cares if you have an icon or not, if you look most of the YJCC still has icons. So don't worry about it.
Jaina I was joking. I have bad news. Katya was demoted.
I'm happy to announce that Katya has agreed to take over for me. I know WNU is in good hands with her.
Unfortunately, Mr. Wise will not accept partial information from his moderators. Before I found this out, I had decided that this is not the type of new regime that I want to work under. So, I have resigned. I know you all will receive a mod in here who cares about the forum and wants to see it succeed. I know I'll still be around to help. Thanks for all your support during my time here, it is greatly appreciated.

Its like a double stab into my heart. Why!?!
*falls to his knees*
Katya whether we get a new mod or not can you stay here to help us?
I'll be more than happy to be a "happy helper" until things settle down, beezel.
This is the worst online news since that virus came and put all that porn on my computer, well that wasn?t too bad...
Anyway. I?m really saddened not only because of Julia leaving, but now Katya. (Leaving in a sense of Modship). If anyone else besides Morgaine would be a good mod, it would be Katya. I think we must recognize this is the singel greatest disaster the JC has ever faced.
I?ll be watching WNU more than I have been these last few weeks. And I?ll be helping as much as I can. Julia and Katya have my full support. And if either of you need anything, I?m just a PM away.
I wondered if you were being sarcastic, Beezel, so at any rate I have edited my previous post. If we are to survive this, then we must work together, no?
Yes, we as a group need to pull together as to help in whatever form we can, though this forum is pretty easy going, it is also important that it is monitered by us the users till a new Moderator can be either appointed or an older moderator given to us, if they have not all left .
If we are to survive this, then we must work together, no?
We can?t survive this if the boards themselves are shut down. And from what I understand, it?s very possible.
Jedi_Daniel: "We can?t survive this if the boards themselves are shut down. And from what I understand, it?s very possible."
Anything is possible at this point. We must wait on the answer from our leadership team and see what they decide. Until then however, any suggestions on who will take the night shift?
The only thing we can really do is PM a mod when someone spams, flames, or does something that requires editing, and/or banning.
If the boards are shut down, which would make no sense to me, then it will no longer matter will it? I doubt he will go that far. If he wanted to shut it down entirely, then why would he waste the time to de-mod the moderating team hm? He could have just shut things down right off the bat if that was what he wanted. I think a little more prespective is needed here my friends. This should not have been made public for all to see.
