    8/10

I really liked seeing Boba go off on his little adventure and trying to get revenge.

Bonus points for having Slave I in the end. :D

    9.5, rounded up to a 10

I really liked this episode, although in retrospect the writing could have been better. It was a great idea to have Boba come back in this fashion, especially with his hesitations about Aurra's cruelty and everything. Seeing the Slave I and adding Bossk add more points to this episode as well. My favorite part was where Mace almost gets blown up and then the expression on Boba's face when he finds out that his target survived. I really didn't care for Admiral Killian's voice, but it wasn't that big of a deal. Took .5 off for not having Aurra act a little more empathetic towards Boba, considering that she was supposed to act like a mother figure, right?

    9. I like this one to for the most part. It probably deserves a 8 but I'll be generous. Story is good, solid plot, good start to the arc. I liked the little clone cadets, if only real kids were so enthusiastic and well behaved. I really liked the little leader there. Mini Boba Fett was cool. Also the episode was quite violent and ended on a depressing note again which is rather rare for TCW.

Things I don't like are: Aurra Sing is over the top. Admiral Kilian's voice is annoying, makes me think of beer. No real sense of suspense. Boba is a little whiny. That Boba got away with being there, you'd think there would be a clip board somewhere with all the little clones supposed to be on the field trip. The clone who just gives Boba the gun, come on.

This was a solid start for a very promising trilogy. I really loved how they handled Boba and his plan to inflitrate a batch of young clones. This episode feels like an 8, but I'm giving it a 7, because of the cop-out with the doomed cadets at the end (why the hell wouldn't Aurra blow the pod up?) and the overplayed sequence of Boba straying from the group and rejoining them without anybody noticing.

8- promising start for otherwise disappointing trilogy- I really liked the idea Aurra Sing and Boba- like there was in young Boba Fett books and continuation for movies that actually is interesting. We never see in movies how Boba ended up to bounty hunting and all..... too bad the lost the focus in other episodes this was Boba-centered but then R2 stole the show and later Hondo, Plo and Ahsoka:oops: .

Kilian was very welcome addition- too long was Yularen only non-clone naval officer in this show. I was not bothered by his accent either....
Mace-Anakin team again was bit confusing- too bad they didn't explore their relationship any more- i liked the differences in their ways to instruct young clones though but show-off comment was not best possible- Anakin sure is arrogant....

I must say that Boba-music with choir was bit irritating- Kiner just is not Williams- his motifs are not always suitable.... and I remember that someone said that Aurra Sing's theme is almost perfect copy of something- well some western-motif i believe....

Overall episode was okay but just a bit boring after all, since we know that Mace cannot die neither can Boba and kid-Boba cannot really kick *ss without being bit irritating:p - Aurra Sing's motives really were left blurred and one can only wonder why Bossk had to be added just in this story..... And Vanqor again made me scream "They only want to reuse old animation models!"

Not a bad episode but could've been better- now when i know the continuation it really takes grades of this episode down- when it started first time it looked so awesome in trailers- i thought this is just the beginning but it ended up to be only actually good episode in this trilogy- Trackdown had some good scenes but too many irritating things and R2-episode was just in so wrong place....

For all the problems with the later two episodes, this was a solid one. 8/10 from me.

The clone cadets were great new characters. The genetic link between Boba and the other clones was an interesting idea to explore, and Death Trap did this well.

Boba's disappearance should have raised a few eyebrows, but this (along with Boba's killing of every single clone on board the star destroyer) caused it to lose two points.

5/10. Boba infiltrating a group of clone cadets was a good idea and the scene where he stuns the clone was well-done, but that was pretty much it in terms of good elements. For starters, a field trip is hardly an epic way to start a SW story. Mace's lucky escape from the explosive was just stupid, as was Aurra not blowing up the escape pod up, and the cadets not noticing Boba wandering away was just .

Then there are the voices. As several posters have pointed out, Kilian sounds like he came straight out of Shrek. And although Daniel Logan did a really good job voicing Boba he flopped as the other clones, especially when they were cheering. All in all, a good idea that ended up a near-failure because of constant plot holes.

    4/10.

Hated the idea of Boba cowing back, and hated the execution of it. Mace seems like a lucky idiot and the worst part of the entire episode was the multiple sneaking off. I mean, it's Scooby-Doo levels of bad.

Frakin' love this episode and the whole trilogy. I'll be the first to admit there are some  moments like the multiple sneaking offs but I don't let that detract from my overall enjoyment of the episode.

9/10 no question. Excellent episode on so many levels. Would've given it a 10/10 if Aurra had actually shot down the other cadets in cold blood. Right up to the very last moment, the whole scene was building towards it...I was braced for the shots...but they never came. So, 9/10.

The only acceptable episode in this trilogy, after this it just went down hill with the silliness of R2 Come Home to "You started this!" in Lethal Trackdown, which overall isn't really a bad episode but Boba Fett deserves better, where the hell did Hondo come from?

Oh I gave it an 8 too.

Aurra's motives are really beyond me she is apparently psychopath of some kind but with no rational thinking only cruelty[face_thinking] - entire "bounty on jedi" idea was invented by them in next episode so it cannot be that- What Aurra's up to? Did she know Jango well and wants to revenge or something? I really think her role needs more explanation now when they pretty much scrapped her old backstory..... like they scrapped Slave1:p ..... So when does Hondo return with rebuilt Slave1?

I figured Aurra was using this poor kid lost for his ride, money (wasn't Dad getting paid a fortune for allowing himself to be used as the clone template? Who inherited that?) and the name association. The Fett name probably would get a higher price. She probably sought him out.

That's yet another aspect of this trilogy that makes no sense. While viewers can make the assumption that Aurra's in it for Boba's help or name association with Fett it would have been nice for the episodes themselves to explain or at least allude to this. I remember that back when these episodes aired I waited weeks for an explanation in the episodes only to be disappointed when there was none.

One question I still have is why Castas and Bossk were part of Aurra's possy. I assume she paid them since they had no stake in whether Boba signed on with Aurra but that was never officially explained... [face_thinking]

    ^Yep

Boba doesn't look like a very rich kid- i think those Boba Fett books told about what happened to Jango's money but looks like they didn't end up to Boba nor to Aurra Sing.... Castas is not even in this episode, probably that's because his animation model was not yet done..... but yeah what bh:s were doing in the first place was not really explained- they invent jedi-hunt in the next episode....

A surprisingly violent episode. The graphics are outstanding. Re-watching these latest episodes, I'm surprised at how good and detailed the graphics are.

If there's one thing Grade The Episode has taught me, it's that the whole "rose-coloured glasses" angle is totally true.

We've got some pretty ridic scores, if you ask me.

How many people have given 10/10 scores more than 5 times?[face_laugh]

You can rest assured someone will. I don't believe ther's ever been a poll without both a 10 and a 1 vote.
