EDIT: There used to be more options. "Thou/thee" was informal singular (like "tu/te" in Spanish and French), and "you" was both formal singular and plural. "Ye" was in there at one point. There are books and wikipedia pages about this, if you're that keen on knowing.

Ramza, I believe both are equally acceptable though in the Falklands (*** off, Argentina) and Fiji, gashmoinga is preferred.
